Apartamento el Mar means living almost directly on the main beach of Conil.

The very well maintained flat is comfortable and well equipped. The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a dining table for 4 people. From there you can access the furnished terrace with sun awning from where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.

The kitchen is well equipped and also from there you have a beautiful view all the way to the sea.

There is one bedroom with a double bed (135cm) and a second with 2 single beds (90cm each). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The sea view from the double bedroom is also almost unbeatable.

The modern bathroom has a ground-level shower.

Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms and a free Wi-Fi connection via fibre optic technology and satellite TV are available.

For the cooler winter months, there is a mobile electric heater for the living room as well as a fan heater to warm up the bedrooms and bathroom if needed.

The flat is located directly on the beach promenade of Conil. Smaller and larger supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes walking distance and the old town with its countless restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes.
