Apartamento el Mar means living almost directly on the main beach of Conil.<\/p>\n

The very well maintained flat is comfortable and well equipped. The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a dining table for 4 people. From there you have access to the furnished terrace with sun awning from where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is well equipped and also from there you have a beautiful view to the sea.<\/p>\n

There is one bedroom with double bed (135cm) and a second with 2 single beds (90cm each). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The sea views from the double bedroom are also almost unbeatable.<\/p>\n

The modern bathroom has a shower at ground level.<\/p>\n

Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms and there is a free wifi connection via fibre optic technology as well as satellite TV.<\/p>\n

For the cooler winter months there is a mobile electric heater for the living room as well as a fan heater which can be used to warm up the bedrooms and bathroom if required.<\/p>\n

The flat is located directly on the beach promenade of Conil. Smaller and larger supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes walking distance and the old town with its countless restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

If you are interested in longer stays during the winter months from November to the end of March, please feel free to ask us. We can offer the flat at moderate monthly rental prices during that period.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
