Casa Polo is a very modern and tastefully furnished holiday home on the outskirts of Conil, completed in 2022.<\/p>\n

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with 55″ Smart TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm each), a shower room and the excellently equipped kitchen, which is separated from the living area by a sliding door.<\/p>\n

The living area gives access to the 43 square metre furnished terrace with a 5 x 3.5 metre private pool. 2 sun loungers are also part of the inventory.<\/p>\n

On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and private terrace. One has a double bed (150 cm) and the second has 2 single beds (90 cm each). All 3 bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes.<\/p>\n

From the terrace of the double bedroom, a spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace with views over the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

Air conditioning installed in the living room and in the two bedrooms on the first floor ensures pleasant room temperatures all year round. <\/span><\/p>\n

The house has its own WIFI connection via fibre optic technology.<\/span><\/p>\n

Those who want to park their car on the property can do so without any problems. A parking space for one car is available.<\/p>\n

About the location of the house: Casa Polo is directly opposite an event square. In the first week of September, the annual village festival, the Feria of Conil, takes place there for usually 4 days. During these 4 days it is very restless there.  In the summer months, the weekly Friday market is moved there, as the actual market square is used as a car park for tourists. Otherwise, the location can be described as really quiet.<\/p>\n

The old town is a 10-minute walk away and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. There is a large supermarket in the immediate vicinity of the house.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
