Via the Smart TV or satellite receiver, you can receive all standard German channels and some English channels. The living area leads onto the main terrace. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with 180cm double bed has its own shower bathroom. The second shower room is shared by the other two bedrooms. They each have 2 single beds that can easily be put together.<\/p>\n

Villa Alondra is located in the Roche Residencial villa development about a 10-minute walk from the long sandy beach of Roche. The location is pleasantly quiet even in the height of summer. In the settlement there is a well-known restaurant with a fantastic sea view, which is open all year round, and a community centre with a small supermarket. You will find the big supermarkets in El Colorado, 5 kilometres away, or in Conil (12 kilometres). Tennis courts are available. The fishing harbour with its 3 highly recommended restaurants is only a few minutes away by car.<\/p>\n
