Namaste is a holiday home for up to 6 people with a private 8 x 4.5 meters swimming pool in an absolutely quiet location, completed in 2022.

Conil town is about 3 kilometres and the area’s beautiful beaches are 4 kilometres away.

The 900 square metre property includes the garden with pool area and outdoor shower, a covered 32 square metres terrace with table and chairs for 6 people, and the almost 50 square metres barbecue area with sink and gas hob, as well as an outdoor shower bathroom.

The house consists of the spacious living-dining room and the open fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with double bed and 2 shower bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with 135cm bed has its own bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms, each with a 150 cm double bed, share the second bathroom.

There is air conditioning in the living room and underfloor heating for the winter months. In addition, the owners want to install a fireplace in autumn 2022.

There is ample parking space for several cars on the property.
