Welcome to Casa Mar y Vida, a private finca with a Mediterranean garden and large 4x10m saltwater pool. The detached house is quietly located in the exclusive Roche urbanisation, only approx. 1000 m from the Atlantic beach – ideal for families or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays in style.

The house offers space for up to 6 people with three air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double beds 180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm, 2 single beds 90 x 200cm each), three bathrooms (two of which are en suite) and a light-flooded living area with a wood-burning stove, open-plan kitchen and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard (including induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, microwave).

The garden with several terrace areas, veranda and pine trees offers sunny and shady spots – perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Two bicycles are available to actively explore the surrounding area. WIFI, washing machine, tumble dryer, USB-C sockets, kettle barbecue, pool loungers, lounge area are available.
