Las Golondrinas

Las Golondrinas is a fantastic holiday home for 6 people with a private pool in the Fuente del Gallo residential area just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

The 800 square metre property is divided into 3 areas. These are the entrance area with parking on the plot, the spacious pool area with its 10×4 metre private swimming pool and an outdoor shower room as well as the slightly sloping garden area surrounded by a lawn.

There is a veranda with a large dining table and plenty of seating for cosy al fresco dining. A brick barbecue is available for barbecue fans.

The house has a size of 125 square metres and has a very spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas, armchairs, chairs and 40 inch Smart TV. The very well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine is separated from the living room by a counter.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a 150×190 cm double bed has its own en suite shower room. The other two bedrooms, each with two 90×200 cm single beds, share the second shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in all bedrooms and ensures pleasant temperatures in summer and winter.

In the case of Las Golondrinas, WLAN works via fibre optic technology.

In Fuente del Gallo there is a small supermarket for the essentials, but it only opens in the warmer months of the year. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance.

The large supermarkets and countless bars and restaurants are located in Conil, around 2.5 kilometres away.
