Casa de las Virtudes

Casa las Virtudes means living in the heart of Conil.

The flat is located on the second floor of one of Conil’s typical townhouses. There are no other neighbours in the house.

It is extremely generously proportioned and has 2 terraces, each of which can be reached via the large, modern and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Extendable sun awnings on both terraces allow you to design your own shaded area.

The huge and tastefully furnished living room has a comfortable sofa, sofa stools as well as a cosy canapé in the reading corner. A 55-inch Smart TV invites you to spend evenings watching television together.

The master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) with its own en suite shower room, the second has 2 single beds (90cm each) and the third bedroom has a drawer bed ( 90cm and 80cm mattress width). All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes.

The second bathroom with bathtub is also located in the bedroom area. However, it is not directly connected to any.

Hot/cold air conditioning is available in all rooms except the bedroom with drawer bed.

In addition, there are permanently installed electric radiators in all rooms, which make the indoor climate very pleasant even in the cooler winter months.

A fast WIFI connection via fibre optic technology is available free of charge.

The location of Casa las Virtudes is very attractive. A supermarket, bakeries and some typical bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The main beach of Conil “Los Bateles” is a 10-minute walk away and the old town can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Optionally, but only for smaller vehicles, a garage space can be rented.
