Casa Aiora

Casa Aiora is a very modern and tastefully decorated terraced house in Conil, completed in 2020.

On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining area with an extremely comfortable sofa and dining table for 6 people, a modern, open-plan kitchen with all modern conveniences, a shower room and a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm).

From the living area, there is access to a furnished terrace and a glass-fronted and furnished veranda with a glass roof. A retractable awning allows you to design the shade area entirely according to your own wishes. The veranda leads to the pool area. The swimming pool is 4 x 3 metres.

On the first floor are the 2 further bedrooms and a second shower room with sea view. One of the bedrooms has a sea view and is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the second has 2 single beds (90 x 200cm each). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

A spiral staircase leads from a balcony to the roof terrace from where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the surroundings to the sea.

The house is equipped with a hot/cold air-conditioning system that ensures pleasant room temperatures all year round.

An in-house WIFI connection via fibre optic technology is also part of the equipment.

Parking is convenient on the street all year round

Location: Casa Aiora is located in a new development area in Conil. The long sandy beach of La Fontanilla is only a few minutes walk away and the town centre is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a large supermarket nearby.
