Sagasta

Sagasta is a modernised flat in the centre of the old town of Conil, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach.
It extends over 3 floors. On the ground floor is the cosy living room with corner sofa and dining area as well as the kitchen.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower bath are located. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (140x200cm), the second has 2 single beds (80x190cm each) and the third has a single bed (90x200cm). Another spiral staircase leads to the private and furnished roof terrace with sensational sea views.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in the bedroom with double bed and a WIFI connection via fibre optics is available to the tenants.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the nightlife district of Conils. In the summer months of July and August, the place is very busy, so it can get quite restless.
