Casa María Antonia is a beautiful and family-friendly holiday home in a very quiet area in Mayorazgo near Conil, even in the high season.

The distance to Conil town and the beautiful beaches in the surrounding area is 3.5 kilometres.

The plot is 1500 square metres in size and includes a front area with parking for several cars and a lawn with a swing for the little ones. The covered veranda is furnished with a table and 6 chairs.

To the rear is a large lawn with sun loungers, the private child-safe swimming pool and the very beautiful and spacious barbecue area with brick benches and table. An outdoor shower room is also available

The house has a living room with a cosy sofa and armchair, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.

2 bedrooms each have a double bed (135cm) and the third is furnished with 2 single beds (90cm each). One of the double bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

An in-house WIFI connection is installed and electric radiators and an open fireplace are available for the cooler months of the year.
